Vladimir
Babarykin joined InterVelopers in 2001. Prior to his work in
our company as a Sales and Project Manager he occupied the position
of Director of the military scientific research company "Lilitgrase"
for more than 2 years. He also has more than one year experience
in serving as an International Secretary Assistant of Belarusian
Social Democratic Party. He is a self-motivated person who understands
the importance of knowledge, new technologies and education.
He successfully combines both educational and practical awareness
of business, IT and languages.
Vladimir's constant self-education helps our company to implement
new approaches and methods for our development and growth. His
experience in working with people that he gained at his posts,
education and visits to Western Europe enables him to successfully
solve cross-cultural communication problems. While working as
a Director of "Lilitgrase" he has gained skills in managing
a company that conducts a number of sophisticated scientific
research projects that demand thousands of person-hours. This
ability allows him to ensure customer satisfaction of our services
and products. Vladimir enjoys sports like swimming and such
extreme sports as skydiving and boxing. This experience is very
helpful in prompt decision taking and assessing risks. Such
activities also prepare him to execute tasks and projects up
to the very end and result in work efficiency.
