Vladimir Babarykin joined InterVelopers in 2001. Prior to his work in our company as a Sales and Project Manager he occupied the position of Director of the military scientific research company "Lilitgrase" for more than 2 years. He also has more than one year experience in serving as an International Secretary Assistant of Belarusian Social Democratic Party. He is a self-motivated person who understands the importance of knowledge, new technologies and education. He successfully combines both educational and practical awareness of business, IT and languages.

Vladimir's constant self-education helps our company to implement new approaches and methods for our development and growth. His experience in working with people that he gained at his posts, education and visits to Western Europe enables him to successfully solve cross-cultural communication problems. While working as a Director of "Lilitgrase" he has gained skills in managing a company that conducts a number of sophisticated scientific research projects that demand thousands of person-hours. This ability allows him to ensure customer satisfaction of our services and products. Vladimir enjoys sports like swimming and such extreme sports as skydiving and boxing. This experience is very helpful in prompt decision taking and assessing risks. Such activities also prepare him to execute tasks and projects up to the very end and result in work efficiency.
